Kersten manufactures spud piles entirely in-house. From heavy steel plates to fully welded cylindrical structures. Our production process combines cutting, bending, assembly and high-quality welding to deliver components that meet the most stringent requirements within the offshore industry. Naturally, Kersten also handles the project management.

For this project, Kersten manufactured a series of spudpiles in transportable sections, each 24 metres long and weighing no less than 62,800 kg. Thanks to our expertise in heavy steel structures, we supply offshore components designed for maximum strength, reliability and a long service life under the most extreme conditions.
