Sheet cut-outs

Gross plates are first cut to size and then rolled or set.  We cut sheets in various alloys with a surface of up to 16 x 4.5 meters and a thickness of 250 mm. The cutting is done on our cutting machines which are equipped with oxy fuel and plasma burners. The rotating 3D cutting head, if desired, applies complex welding edges in a uniform movement.

We aim to divide the gross sheet material as efficiently as possible, and if possible, making multiple unfolded patterns from one gross sheet. This restricts the number of residual materials to a minimum. Our engineers calculate exactly how much material is needed, taking into account any excess length.
