What will you do?

• You will immerse yourself in our production processes and investigate where improvements can be made.
• You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks and come up with concrete improvement proposals.
• You will present your findings to the team and actively contribute to the implementation of improvements.
• You will use your insights to contribute to optimizations that may also be applicable at our international sites.
• You will work on innovative projects within a team that is open to your ideas.
